Job Description:Requirements CA/CS with min 4 years of experience Strong grip on Business planning, sound analytical & amp amp project implementation skills. Strong team management and development skills Should have experience in the field of Business Development in Banking/Financial/Insurance sector. Confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization. Responsibilities: Responsible for planning and directing the organization' s strategic and long term goals. Should have a sound knowledge of analyzing the various trends that affect the long term goals of the organization such as socio-economic, political, technological, business and Industry/competitor trends. Providing strategic research based on the analysis of the trends with leadership and based on the inputs from the leadership preparing the strategic plans. Preparation of roadmap for implementation of various strategies with involvement of the stakeholders(i.e. Business Development team, Departments and Consultants) Implementing various techniques such as training and workshops to inculcate the practice of strategic planning and thinking at various levels of leadership. Providing tools at the various level of leadership to develop and implement strategic plans. Conducting reviews of strategic plans of the business hubs and act as a facilitator for aligning these strategic plans with the long term strategic plan of the organization. Coordinating with all the departments and business centers on the systems, processes and policies in place and based on the assessment finding the gaps & amp amp integration issues. Resolving the issues and ensuring that all stakeholders are in sync with the future strategic plans. Position shall also be a stakeholder on the new product development, projects, tie ups and related implementation process to ensure that these activities have the perspective of the long term goals of the organization.
