Job Description:Location - Lucknow Candidates from Ecommerce, Media and Advertising Industry can apply. 1. Managing sales, and relationships with assigned Key Accounts. (billed and un-billed in past) 2. Achieving the sales targets by account mining for additional business through continuous client engagement. 3. Effectively assessing the clients needs and proposing customized Shiksha solutions that best address those needs. Developing a good understanding of share of spend for Shiksha and effectiveness of other channels used. 4. Managing the entire campaign of the clients to ensure delivery of the commitment made to the client. 5. Closely monitoring the delivery and analyzing the campaign performance. Taking corrective action basis the analysis. Work closely with sales operations and customer delivery team where needed. 6. Developing multi-level relationships with key stakeholders in the client organizations, such as Counsellors, Marketing Managers, Marketing Heads, Chairmen, Deans, and Admission Directors. 7. Full grasp of Shiksha products and content to effectively pitch and answer client queries. 8. Follow up for payments and ensuring timely collections. 9. Individual contributor role.
