Job Description:Role title: Assistant Manager - HRM.& amp nbsp Report to: General Manager - HR & amp amp Admin Location: Bangalore.& amp nbsp Department: HR & amp amp Admin Role Description: 1)Job Purpose: & amp nbsp & amp nbsp & amp nbsp & amp nbsp To ensure focused strategic approach to make union management relationship based on mutual trust & amp amp respect. The position has also role in statutory, legal, payroll related matters, laydown strategies and implement and monitor process for progressive employee relation management 2)Key deliverables: i)Primary responsibility include handling union, wage negotiation ii)Grievance handling management iii)To have strong employee communication and drive employee engagement initiatives of HR iv)Ensure systematic compliance management. v)To ensure smooth functioning of payroll management, Welfare benefit administration, liaising, Public relationship and CSR 3)Role requirement: I.Qualification: MSW/MBA/PGDM in HR II.Experience : 8-9 years in similar role in any manufacturing Company or unionized environment III. Law qualification will be added advantage IV. Kannada language knowledge is must 4)Functional competency: i)Knowledge & amp amp understanding of union management perspective ii)Knowledge of evolving IR strategies for the company iii)Should be well informed up-to-date on changes to labour laws, arbitration decisions, court judgements and anything else that may affect union management relations. iv)Ability to understand & amp amp apply key elements and best practices with regard to labour management, committee meetings v)Ability to prepare and participate in collective bargaining 5)Behavioural competency: i)Organized planner, good team player and good communication skill. ii)Good proven problem solving skill & amp amp innovative thinking iii)Excellent people and relationship management skill. iv)Ability to work independently with minimum or no supervision. v)Ability to resolve conflict & amp amp manage change vi)Ability to make difficult decision in timely manner based on facts vii)Perseverance
